Job Description 10-4 Logistics USA seeks CDL-A Truck Drivers (recent graduates welcome) to operate regional dry van routes east of I-35. This position offers predictable regional schedules, 100% no-touch freight, modern equipment, and paid mentor-led training for new drivers. Compensation and schedule • Estimated annual compensation: $70,000 – $80,000, • Home time: Typically two days every other week, • Paid training: First 4–6 weeks with a mentor; training pay $650 per week, • Area of operation: Regional routes east of I-35, • Equipment: Late-model Freightliner tractors, automatic, fully equipped, • Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service rules., • Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes east of I-35 according to schedules and customer instructions., • Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report defects or maintenance needs promptly., • Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation., • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers; follow delivery and pickup procedures., • Ensure proper load securement and follow handling procedures for dry van freight., • Valid CDL-A (Class A) license, • Completion of at least 120 hours of truck driving school within the past 12 months (recent graduates encouraged to apply), • Minimum age: 21 years, • Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial drivers, • Ability to pass required drug screening and background checks, • Professional demeanor and commitment to representing the company at customer locations and on the road, • Reliability, punctuality, and strong adherence to safety and compliance standards 10-4 Logistics USA is a regional freight carrier focused on safe, reliable, and on‑time delivery.
