Denver
We're hiring Partner and Associate Veterinarians for our Denver, Colorado hospitals and can't wait to talk to you.. CatsOnly isn’t just here to build clinics, we’re here to lead a shift. One that makes feline-first care expected, respected, and replicated across the profession. We center the Cat in everything we do and design care and experience around the Cat and Caregiver bond. We act with intention so every visit feels safe, kind, and clinically excellent. The CatsOnly philosophy is a species-specific, emotionally intelligent, bond-centered model of veterinary care. We have reimagined every touchpoint from environment to communication, from clinical delivery to industry alignment through the eyes of both the Cat and the Caregiver, as a team. Grounded in science, behavior, and human emotion our philosophy defines a new standard in feline care. Our mission is to inspire a revolution in the veterinary field by creating a care journey that prioritizes the patient, their caregiver, and the unique human-Cat bond. If you're passionate about Cats, relationship building, innovation, and advancing feline medicine, this is your calling. Our Core Values Trust: We earn trust by showing up—consistently, reliably, and with integrity—for every Cat, Caregiver, and fellow Care Team member. In the exam room, this looks like gentle hands, clear guidance, and follow-through. Within our teams, it means creating a culture of belonging, where servant leadership uplifts others and respect is felt in every interaction. Trust is the foundation of our relationships, and it’s built moment by moment, paw by paw. Transparency: We lead with honesty and clarity—whether we’re discussing a diagnosis, setting expectations for treatment, or reflecting as a Care Team. Our communication is rooted in empathy and shared purpose, allowing us to align with Caregivers and one another in service of what matters most: the health and happiness of our feline patients. Transparency deepens trust and ensures no one—human or animal—is left in the dark. Intentionality: Every action we take is guided by thoughtful consideration and a deep sense of purpose. We don’t chase innovation for its own sake—we innovate with heart, always asking: Will this make life better for the Cat and their family? Our intentional approach allows us to lead the field in feline care, one mindful decision at a time. Experiential Excellence:: From the welcome lounge to the treatment room, we have created a space where both Cats and Caregivers feel genuinely welcome, safe, and cared for. Hospitality here means more than comfort—it’s the extra blanket in the kennel, the soft tone during a tough moment, the follow-up call that says, we remember, we care. We go above and beyond to make every experience feel thoughtful, kind, and deeply personal. Permission to Play: We believe joy belongs in veterinary medicine. Whether we’re celebrating a healthy check-up, gently coaxing a nervous patient, or laughing with a client who feels like family—we bring lightness, creativity, and wholeheartedness to our work. This is a safe space to grow, to be curious, to try again. Our playful spirit honors the joy Cats bring into our lives—and strengthens the bonds we’ve been called to nurture.
