Position Overview The Key On Premise Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and brand visibility with groups, venues and chains, primarily in CO. The role bridges the gap between the company’s strategic goals and field level execution by managing distributor partnerships and assisting to manage the sales team working closely with Sales Operations Director and marketing teams. Primary Responsibilities (core to role success) • Strategic planning and growth: develop and implement an annual business plan setting specific volume revenue and distribution targets for the on-premise channel., • Account Management: Identify, acquire, grow and maintain relationships with key accounts with multi unit restaurant locations to secure product placements, brand loyalty and secure impactful programming., • Sponsorship Execution: Coordinate strategy for new and existing sponsorships with brand product placements across channels including negotiation, research, roi analysis + distributor execution and programming to maximize visibility for Wilding Brands., • Engage consumers: Build and execute links between marketing & wholesale-specific programs and incentives designed to drive velocity., • Budget Oversight: Manage appropriate spending techniques that are fiscally responsible yet value add to create brand loyalty and assist hitting company volume and revenue goals., • Brand Execution and Merchandising: Oversee the implementation of marketing programs, point of sale materials and events to maximize brand visibility. Secondary Responsibilities • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software (e.g. iDig, karma, armadillo, ppt.) sales analytics tools and microsoft office. PPT. Presentation skills., • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship building and clear communication skills are essential for managing diverse venue partners and stakeholders., • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift products often 25lbs or more and a valid drivers license for frequent field travel and support., • Events & Sponsorships: Support sponsorships, events, and activations to drive wholesale engagement, awareness, and trial., • Product Development Support: Provide market feedback and distributor insights to inform product innovation and development. Other Responsibilities • Represent Wilding Brands at trade shows, festivals, and distributor events as needed., • Identify opportunities for partnership programming with regional accounts or emerging wholesale platforms., • Provide administrative support, including tracking execution of ROI, Key Account performance and distribution, marketing and retailer programs, and organizing assets. Success Measures • Key position in sales that requires never- quit attitude, clear concise communication and follow through., • Execution of relationships and growth mindset., • Growth in distribution, velocity, and visibility of key on premise groups., • Achievement of sales KPIs tied to portfolio and program performance managing wholesale partners., • Positive account partner feedback regarding support and execution. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in brand management, trade marketing, or wholesale sales (craft beverage industry strongly preferred)., • Strong understanding of distributor networks, account-level dynamics, and wholesale sales processes., • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing programs that drive measurable sales results., • Highly organized with strong project management, communication, and analytical skills., • Comfortable presenting to distributors, sales teams, and external partners., • Passion for the craft beverage industry and for building premium, independent brands.
