SUMMARY Responsible for the management of multiple discreet warehousing locations and logistics activities for Corden Pharma’s Colorado operations. Enable on-time production and development activities by ensuring raw materials and consumables are available when needed to deliver superior business results. Responsible for managing logistics for shipment of client products (i.e. intermediates, API). Corden’s Supply Chain network requires the management of materials from 3rd party suppliers and materials from internal warehouses, the on-time receipt, release, and warehouse operations, and logistics. Improves business processes, leads and manages the organization, and collaborates cross functionally to meet short-term and long-term business objectives. Optimizes inventory and warehouse functions including transportation of goods. Manages and improves service and supplier relationships. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Responsible for logistics of inbound and outbound materials. Manages transportation, material movements, and other warehouse functions. Develops, monitors, and improves performance on site specific KPIs, and supplier performance metrics, • Develops, implements, and validates, as necessary, transportation channels and material storage systems. Responsible for system development, implementation, and continuous improvement. Reviews purchase order claims and contracts, incident reports, and contracts for conformance and resolution to company policy, • Manages inventory control processes, including balanced inventory levels, write-offs, and scheduling policies, while ensuring accuracy in count and location. Optimize inventory levels to balance working capital and service levels, • Directs the development and implementation of integrated operational systems for inventory management and warehouse control. Optimizes the local requisition to payment processes and maintains local SOPs. Drives digital transformations across the supply chain (e.g., MRP, E2E, visibility tools, data analytics), • Responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of products to customers. Preparation of shipment, identification of transporting agents, customs/customer documentation, and deliveries cGMP is the part of Quality Management System ensuring products are consistently produced to accurate quality standards. Adherence to clearly defined procedures, in compliance with the principles of cGMP, is required when performing operations across Corden Pharma Colorado. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
