Job Description Barista (Full-Time, M–F, Day Hours) Location: University of Colorado Boulder East Campus We’re a small, independent, owner-operated café on CU Boulder’s campus looking for a dependable Barista to join our team. If you enjoy crafting quality espresso drinks, working efficiently during busy rushes, and value a predictable weekday schedule with real work–life balance, we’d love to meet you. About the Role As a Barista, you’ll prepare espresso and coffee drinks, serve food and pastries, run the register, and help keep service moving smoothly during morning and midday rushes. We’re a high-volume café with a loyal customer base that appreciates great coffee, fast service, and a friendly local atmosphere. You’ll work in a well-organized environment where consistency, efficiency, and teamwork are essential.
