Job Description Paraprofessional / Behavior Technician – School-Based | Boulder, CO | $24–$28/hr ProCare Therapy is hiring a Paraprofessional / Behavior Technician for a full-time school-based position in Boulder, Colorado. This role involves supporting students with intensive behavioral needs and working closely with educators and support staff to create a positive and structured learning environment. Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct classroom and behavioral support to students, • Assist with implementing behavior intervention plans and strategies, • Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral goals, • Collect and document behavioral data as directed, • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and behavior specialists, • Promote a safe, supportive, and productive educational environment Requirements: • Completion of the RBT initial training course or multiple years of experience working with students with intensive behavioral needs, • Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license or Colorado Online Licensing (COOL) credential required, • Previous school-based experience preferred, • Strong communication, collaboration, and behavior management skills Compensation & Benefits: • $24–$28/hr, based on experience and qualifications, • Weekly pay, • Comprehensive benefits package available, • Dedicated support from ProCare Therapy throughout the assignment Interested?
