Job DescriptionDescription: Job Duties • Greet guests and provide excellent customer service, • Take orders and serve drinks, including making recommendations and answering questions about menu items, • Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, • Uphold sanitation and food safety principles., • Maintain a clean and organized work area., • Prepping, clearing, & cleaning guest areas to be presentable at all times., • Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory., • Relay reports on customer satisfaction to the management and relevant parties., • Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food., • Assist setting up tables before service with appropriate equipment, napkins and decorations., • Communicate effectively with other team members, including the food truck operators and management, • Handle various impromptu requests from customers., • No formal education required., • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a server or in a similar role, • Basic math skills, • Extremely detail-oriented, • Excellent written and oral communication skills, • Strong leadership and time management skills, • Excellent communication and customer service abilities, • Must be able to pass Criminal and Drug Background testing, • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and events, • Familiarity with bar-specific safety protocols, including fire prevention and emergency response, • Ability to enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines, • Commitment to maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment for guests and staff
