Principle Duties and Responsibilities General * Coordinate the shipment of products from warehouse to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. * Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock to meet demand without overstocking. * Communicate with operations, programs, community partners, and carriers to schedule shipments * Troubleshoot delivery issues and serve as the liaison between the warehouse, carriers, and community partners receiving the shipments * Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and logistics activities. * Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork. * Analyze logistics data to identify trends, potential delays, and opportunities for improvement. * Prepare month-end inventory reconciliation. * Weekly approval of all logistics and warehouse invoices. * Assist with the organization of annual mission-aligned events Qualifications * Understanding of supply chain processes and best practices. * Associate Degree or experience in supply chain logistics a plus * Proficiency in logistics software, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. * Spirit of collaboration and empathy for our community partners and the communities that they serve. * Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Positive attitude and an ability to work in small-team environments.
