Job Description Reach Truck / Material Handler Location: North Las Vegas, NV Schedule: 1st and 2nd Pay Rate: $19.50 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Driver to join our team in North Las Vegas. This role is essential for safe and efficient warehouse operations, accurate order fulfillment, and supporting daily production needs. Key Responsibilities * Safely operate stand-up reach trucks and sit-down forklifts to move, load, and store materials. * Accurately pick, stage, and hand-stack partial orders to support correct product handling. * Perform trailer loading and unloading, verifying product counts and condition while following all safety guidelines. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Requirements * Proven experience operating stand-up reach trucks (primary requirement) and sit-down forklifts. * Ability to hand-stack partial orders and lift up to 50 lbs regularly. * Strong attention to detail with adherence to safety and quality procedures. * Flexibility to work overtime as needed. The Husky Machine Forklift Operator (Night Shift) is responsible for the husky machine and majority of the time is operating a forklift in a safe and efficient manner. Forklift experience is required and must be able to pass our forklift training class within 3 days after start date. . Rate of pay is $22.50 per hour plus $1.75 per hour night shift differential* GMP & PPE Required While on the production floor in the plant you will be required to follow and help to enforce all GMP regulations in the plant. Anyone entering the production floor must follow the GMP rules in their employee handbook, which includes the required hairnets, beard nets, and earplugs. It is also required that all personnel wear safety glasses. Follows standard operating procedures including quality checks and procedures for all operations. Also follows HACCP and SQF requirements for food quality and safety. Essential Job Duties: · Stages preforms and supplies for each PET line in designated area. · Unload raw materials and stage in proper area. · Monitor and inspect the husky machine, document any issues or concerns on end of day shift report. · Performs daily quality checks throughout shift. · Communicate with supervisor any problems, product issues, etc. · Follows standard operating procedures for all operations. · Maintains clean, orderly and safe work area at all times. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent 2+ years of forklift experience and must be able to operate pallet jacks, double pallet jacks, scanner and radio frequency equipment Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed Basic reading, writing, and math skills Functional Knowledge Excel, Word, and any inventory management software programs Forklift experience is required and must be able to pass our forklift training class within 3 days after start date. Some manufacturing experience with a beverage, food, or liquid consumer products manufacturer preferred but not required Prior knowledge of GMP's, sanitation standards and FDA requirements is helpful

Key Responsibilities • Safely operate Reach Truck and Order Picker (Cherry Picker) equipment to move, put away, and retrieve pallets up to 40 feet high., • Maintain clear visibility and awareness when maneuvering around racks, ensuring no contact or damage to beams or inventory., • Accurately pick and stage materials as directed by warehouse systems or supervisors., • Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures., • Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any issues., • Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure efficient workflow. Qualifications • Required experience:, • Hands-on operation of Order Picker / Cherry Picker lifts (must not be afraid of heights)., • Hands-on experience operating a Reach Truck (sit-down, not stand-up reach)., • Prior experience with Crown, Toyota, Raymond, or Linde equipment preferred., • Ability to clearly identify racking locations and handle pallets safely at height., • Current forklift certification or ability to pass client’s certification process., • Reliable attendance and willingness to work flexible/peak schedules.
