Your impact, • Model safety-first leadership; enforce PPE and GMPs and hold the team accountable., • Use SOPs to deliver consistent daily/weekly results in quality and throughput., • Keep canning and bottling lines running via active operator management, monitoring, and troubleshooting., • Apply critical thinking and non-traditional problem solving to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions that meet KPIs., • Mentor, coach, and develop packaging operators; promote safety, quality, productivity, CI, and team harmony., • Communicate clearly through shift handovers, production meetings, email, action logs, and work orders., • Audit operator performance; verify quality inspections are completed per SOPs., • Audit documentation for inventory checks, quality inspections, sanitation, batch/blending, and basic maintenance tasks., • Lead preventative and routine operator maintenance (checks and lubrication) to maximize uptime., • Escalate safety, equipment, and personnel matters quickly for immediate resolution., • Cross-train team members, optimize resource allocation, and build overall team capability. Qualifications, • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree/Trade Certification preferred., • 2+ years of production supervision/leadership and 3–5 years of overall production experience., • Proficiency with MS Office, Teams, OneNote, and email., • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred., • Must be at least 21 years old. Schedule and environment, • Fast-paced, dynamic operations., • Shifts may include days, evenings, or overnights, up to 12 hours., • Overtime may be required on weekends and holidays., • Physical needs: push/pull/move up to 50 lbs, stand 8–12 hours/day, climb stairs, strong hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity.
