Job Description Power BI Data Analyst – Onsite Location: Miami, FL (Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00/8:30 AM start) Payrate: $45-60.00 an hour Temporary – 3 Months Start Date: First Week of January About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Data Analyst to support our IT and Finance teams by developing dashboards, KPI reporting, and data visualizations from the ground up. This role is fully onsite and ideal for someone who excels in transforming raw data into meaningful insights through dynamic, interactive reporting. Key Responsibilities • Develop Power BI dashboards and reports from scratch, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with business needs., • Build and enhance dynamic KPI visualizations to support data-driven decision-making., • Create and maintain IT-focused reports that support operational performance and transparency., • Utilize bookmarking and advanced Power BI features to create interactive user experiences., • Pull, clean, and analyze financial data from multiple sources to support reporting needs., • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective reporting solutions. · 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Power BI Developer, or Business Intelligence Analyst. · Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field). · Advanced Power BI expertise, including DAX, Power Query, modeling, and complex report creation. Required · Proven experience creating dynamic KPIs and interactive visualizations. · Ability to build reports and dashboards from scratch. · Strong experience pulling, analyzing, and visualizing financial data. · Experience building IT operational or performance reports is strongly preferred. · Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. · Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. · Must be available to work onsite in Miami Monday–Friday. · Must be able to start during the first week of January.
