Tracks fees and expiration dates of all participants on subsidized care (CDS). Informs parents of their account status, returned checks, delinquent accounts, late pick-up fees, and late payment fees; Collects and transmits fees on time and writes and distributes receipts weekly. Maintains and submits inspection reports from DCF/M-DCPS and the Health Department. Receives snacks from cafeteria manager; submits snack order forms to main office every Friday in order of date; Records the amount of snacks served daily on the monthly meal count worksheet, (except Bay Harbor & Coral Gables) and submits report to the main office by first day of next month.
