Job Description Position Summary The Field Safety Officer is a hands-on leader who helps our crews work safely and efficiently every day. Reporting to the Chief Project Engineer & Business Development Officer, this vital job will coach field teams across roadway and bridge maintenance projects, ensuring work practices align with company policies, DOT and OSHA requirements, and our zero‑harm goals. This role will be present in the field to lead safety briefings, verify work zone setups, observe high‑risk activities, and provide practical guidance that keeps people protected and operations moving.
