We are looking for someone creative with strong leadership, ability to train and inspire the team and promote a positive atmosphere with staff at all levels,
Work closely with the owners and the operational team to create tasty and innovative new dishes/recipes/menus which use the best local ingredients, that will be simply but beautifully presented without being overcomplicated.
Manage the supply chain fairly and the production operation carefully to minimise wastage and ensure that cost of sales is kept on target and suppliers feel valued, and the team get to use the best ingredients available locally with a due sense of respect.
Continually work to develop dishes, and the story of the venue.
Be responsible for and implement relevant food safety, cosh and allergy control systems
Be responsible for managing and maintaining top level cleanliness and hygiene to a 5* level and beyond
