Además de ofrecer una atención excelente en tienda, tus responsabilidades incluirán: • Mantener el orden, la limpieza y la estética del punto de venta. • Hacer seguimiento de pedidos con proveedores. • Coordinar con logística las entregas, resolviendo necesidades específicas de cliente o proveedor. • Colaborar en equipo respetando los presupuestos individuales de cada comercial. • Potenciar la venta cruzada (almohadas, ropa de cama, protectores…). • Realizar y hacer seguimiento de presupuestos enviados. • Trabajar por objetivos de venta y conversión. • Gestionar tu propio proceso de venta de principio a fin: desde la bienvenida hasta el seguimiento postventa. Condiciones del puesto: • Contrato de 30 o 40 horas semanales. • Turnos partidos: de 10:00 a 14:00 y de 16:30 a 20:30. • 1 o 2 días de descanso semanal (según jornada), siempre con domingo libre. • Obligatorio trabajar los sábados. • Dominio del catalán (imprescindible). About the job The Sales & Events Intern will work as a team member to create the most professional sales team in Nobu Hotel Barcelona. He/She will be of support to the Sales & Events team. The Intern must demonstrate high energy levels & provide consistently high levels of customer service and accurate and detailed work, whilst also working with Events Executive/Manager to establish and develop solid relationships with the decision makers within the market. General responsibilities • To handle guest and employee inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests. • To maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements, contract and quotes for the hotel as per Hotel policies and procedures. • To ensure that the hotel’s database is up to date. • Provide accurate and timely & handovers to front office complete with rooming list, breakfast vouchers and welcome letters. • Liaise with events executive/managers on any corporate, leisure or group issues and action as required, maintaining communication internally.
