Responsabilidades: -Preparar y servir bebidas a los huéspedes en un tiempo apropiado según estándares y necesidades. -Mezclar y combinar ingredientes para crear bebidas clásicas e innovadoras de acuerdo con las necesidades y expectativas de los huéspedes. -Ofrecer a los clientes descripciones interesantes y vívidas del origen, el sabor y los métodos de preparación de cada artículo; mantener un conocimiento práctico de los licores, vinos, cervezas, armañacs, aguardientes, coñacs y bebidas especiales. -Preparar las áreas de trabajo para el servicio. -Realizar upselling de productos y servicios, y bebidas del hotel. - Asegurar la satisfacción del huésped durante el servicio, favoreciendo e impulsando la creación de experiencias. -Informar al Manager para que pueda alimentar el perfil de cada huésped con toda la información necesaria (quejas, incidencias, preferencias, gustos, etc.). Responsabilidades: -Atender el teléfono para tomar los pedidos de los huéspedes. -Registrar pedidos en Micros. -Comunicarse con la cocina para cualquier petición especial de los huéspedes y requisitos dietéticos. -Asegurarse de que todo el producto servido se contabiliza en la cuenta final antes de presentarla. -Realizar el inventario diario, semanal y mensual. -Asegurarse de que los carros/bandejas de IRD están despejados de las salas dentro del plazo estándar. Así como revisar los office de la planta. -Asegurarse de que todas las listas de VIPs de la casa y los servicios se registran. -Asegurar la satisfacción del huésped durante el servicio, favoreciendo e impulsando la creación de experiencias como motor del día a día. -Vender y promocionar productos in-house (desayuno, SPA, restaurantes, room service, etc.). -Informar al Manager de Servicio para que pueda alimentar el profile de cada huésped con toda la información necesaria (quejas, incidencias, preferencias, gustos, etc.), a fin de generar experiencias de cara a próximas estancias.
