Your Opportunity The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing, expanding, and maintaining the client portfolio within France for Cartamundis' promotional business. The ideal candidate is responsible to independently analyse the market, identify growth opportunities, and develop proposals in line with customer needs and Cartamundis' strategic direction. A strong focus lies on hunting, generating new business, and building long-term value through strategic customer engagement. How You Will Contribute Revenue, Growth & Margin • Achieve annual sales targets for France., • Contribute to margin improvement through strategic pricing, value-driven proposals, and optimized project profitability., • Independently analyse the market to identify opportunities, competition dynamics, and customer needs., • Develop proposals and GTM ideas aligned with Cartamundis' strategic vision., • Foster and build strong relationships with target customers (brand companies, FMCG players, QSR chains, agencies…)., • Develop long-term partnerships through proactive communication, creativity, and solution-driven thinking., • Support debtor management to ensure DSO and overdue payment targets are met., • Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, AE, product development, supply chain).
