About the Role As Head of Membership & Community, you will be responsible for building and growing a high-value, high-engagement membership program targeted at C-level executives, founders, investors, and thought leaders in the blockchain, Web3, and emerging tech space. Your mission is to turn our event audiences into a year-round global community, driving recurring revenue, engagement, and brand loyalty. You will own the full strategy and execution of the membership business line – from value proposition, content programming and community design, to pricing, acquisition, and retention. Key Responsibilities • Design the Membership Program: Define the membership offer (tiers, benefits, pricing) aligned with the strategic vision of Raise and PBW., • Launch & Growth Strategy: Own go-to-market planning, launch execution, and growth roadmap to drive acquisition and renewals., • Community Building: Design and implement engagement strategies (online and offline) to cultivate a vibrant, curated community of industry leaders., • Content & Programming: Curate exclusive content and networking opportunities (roundtables, webinars, AMAs, newsletters) for members., • Partnerships: Collaborate with partners and sponsors to enrich the membership value and create co-branded initiatives., • Data & Feedback Loop: Monitor KPIs (engagement, NPS, churn, revenue), collect feedback, and iterate to constantly improve the offer., • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, events, sales, and product teams to ensure consistency and alignment across touchpoints., • Customer Experience: Oversee onboarding, communication, and support for members to deliver a premium experience., • Thought Leadership: Be the face of the membership program within the ecosystem, building credibility and advocacy. About You • 5+ years of experience in community building, membership programs, or B2B subscription products, ideally in tech, media, or events., • Strong strategic thinking combined with a builder mindset – you’re excited to own and grow a business line., • Track record of launching or scaling successful membership or recurring revenue offers., • Deep understanding of stakeholder communities (startups, investors, execs, Web3 ecosystem)., • Excellent communicator and connector, both online and in real life., • Data-driven and customer-obsessed – you test, learn, and adapt., • Comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments., • Fluent in English. French is a plus.
