We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to champion, lead, and embed a robust culture of compliance and ethical conduct across our French affiliate, covering our Ethical, OTC and Dermo-Aesthetic business units. This is a pivotal role in ensuring that Menarini France fully complies with French laws (including the anti-gift regulations and Loi Sapin II), self-regulatory codes such as LEEM, and Menarini’s own Global Code of Conduct. What You Will Do As a trusted advisor to the French leadership team, you will: • Partner & Advise – Provide proactive guidance to leadership and cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, medical, market access) to integrate compliance into strategy and day-to-day operations., • Assess & Mitigate Risk – Lead local Compliance Risk Assessments and help implement robust mitigation measures., • Shape Policies & Training – Ensure clear, accessible policies and deliver engaging compliance training and communications., • Monitor & Improve – Develop and execute a local monitoring plan, track CAPAs, and drive continuous programme improvements., • Investigate & Report – Promote a “speak-up” culture, handle investigations with integrity, and manage transparency reporting (e.g., Transparence Santé). What We’re Looking For Qualifications & Experience • University degree in law, business administration, finance or economics (or equivalent)., • At least 6 years of compliance experience in the life sciences sector in France., • Strong knowledge of French pharmaceutical regulations, LEEM codes, anti-gift laws, and Loi Sapin II., • Demonstrated ability to design, implement and assess internal controls.
