Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction., • Train, motivate, and manage staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment., • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure smooth operations., • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe, adhering to health and safety standards., • Engage with customers, responding to their needs and feedback to enhance their experience., • Prepare a variety of food items including sandwiches, cookies, and pastries., • Perform general food preparation and cleaning duties., • Operate an espresso machine and grinder to prepare coffees and other beverages.
