The Role We are hiring a TikTok Shop Executive to take ownership of our TikTok Shop channel and scale it into one of HSNF's largest revenue and acquisition engines. The role focuses on Mylee as the main brand (in the UK and soon the EU), alongside Pai Skincare and Magnitone. TikTok Shop is already our fastest-growing channel, and with several new market expansions launching in the next 6 months and ambitious growth targets ahead, this is one of the most exciting commercial openings in the business. You will be leading a fast-scaling, high-visibility part of HSNF as it really takes off. This is not traditional influencer marketing - it is performance-first, commercially focused, and accountable to revenue targets. You will not be executing day-to-day content yourself - this is the role of our Social Media team. Instead, you will lead and manage our TikTok Shop agency partner, who handles all parts of the account: TikTok Shop operations, paid ads, Lives, and the affiliate / creator programme. Your job is to set the strategy, brief the agency, hold them accountable to KPIs, and continuously push for stronger performance against GMV, CPA, ROAS and contribution margin. We want someone hungry, proactive, and commercially-minded - unafraid to take ownership and turn ambition into measurable revenue. You will run TikTok Shop like a mini business inside the company, with real autonomy and meaningful budget behind you. You will also work cross-functionally with our brand, ecommerce, and creative teams, and be the internal expert and advocate for TikTok Shop at HSNF. This role reports directly to our Head of Marketplaces. Please note: This is a commercial and operational role focused on revenue, channel performance, and agency management. It is not a content creation, organic TikTok, or a influencer marketing role. Key Responsibilities • 50% - Agency Management & Channel Ownership: Lead our TikTok Shop agency, who runs all aspects of the account (Shop, Ads, Lives, Affiliates). Brief them tightly, set weekly KPIs, and push for relentless improvement on GMV, CPA, ROAS, and contribution margin. Step in to resolve operational issues as they arise, keeping the channel running smoothly day-to-day., • 25% - Strategy & Growth Planning: Build and own the TikTok Shop strategy across Mylee, Pai and Magnitone. Plan promotional calendars, forecast GMV, set targets, and identify new growth levers - creator partnerships, format tests, new product launches, and new market entries., • 15% - Performance Analysis & Iteration: Track GMV, ROAS, contribution margin, and content performance. Double down on what is working, kill what is not, and continuously sharpen the playbook with the agency., • 10% - Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with brand, ecommerce, and creative teams to align TikTok Shop activity with each brand's wider strategy and ensure consistency across channels.
