Qualified Social Workers required within the Mental Health Team 3 Month Contract (Possible extension) Rate £38 Per hour (Umbrella Rate) Location: Countywide visits and hybrid working Skills and Experience Required • Strong experience in working within adult mental health services, • A good understanding of the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Section 117 responsibilities, • Confidence managing complex risk, safeguarding, and multi-agency work, • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, • Provide support and therapy to individuals and families experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, or substance misuse, using a strengths-based approach., • Conduct assessments (psychosocial, risk, care needs) to establish diagnoses and identify required support., • Develop and monitor individualised care plans, in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams., • Undertake crisis intervention and risk management, safeguarding vulnerable individuals using frameworks like the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, or Care Act., • Advocate for clients' rights and coordinate with community, statutory, and voluntary services to ensure access to resources and promote social inclusion., • Provide therapy and counselling through one-to-one or group sessions using evidence-based models such as CBT or DBT.
