The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: • Highly organised and methodical., • Reliable and trustworthy., • Proactive rather than waiting to be told what to do., • Confident communicating by email and telephone., • Comfortable dealing with suppliers, customers and business contacts., • Able to manage several tasks at the same time., • Good at following up and making sure actions are completed., • Discreet and comfortable handling confidential information., • A good written communicator with excellent attention to detail., • Comfortable working independently from home., • Confident using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel., • Able to learn new systems and processes quickly., • Flexible and willing to help across both personal and business administration. Experience Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Business Administrator, Office Manager or similar would be beneficial. Experience within procurement, care homes, facilities management, hospitality or a supplier/customer-facing business would be an advantage, but is not essential. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is organised, dependable, practical and capable of taking ownership of tasks. Working Arrangement The position will be 20–30 hours per week, depending on the needs of the business and the successful candidate. The majority of the work can be completed from home, but the role will require regular attendance at the office in NW3 7TT.
