This role is integral to our daily sales activity, customer relationship management, stock coordination, and optimisation of online marketplace performance. The successful candidate will have strong product knowledge of mobile accessories (such as chargers, cables, cases, screen protectors, audio devices, and smart gadgets) and a keen understanding of wholesale or B2B environments.     JOB TITLE Nurse Case Manager GENERAL SUMMARY As part of the case Management Team (CMT) as Nurse Case Manager (NCM) you will be responsible to support complex medical and surgical needs, offering the highest level of customer service and at the same time using your clinical nursing experience. You will talk to individuals, and their families over the phone and help them through their treatment plans, liaising with GPs, specialist consultants, hospitals, and other healthcare providers on a regular basis. As NCM you will work alongside a Case Management Assistant (CMA) in a collaborative manner to produce high quality outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The diversity of the role includes but is not limited to: · Carrying out assessments on individuals to determine appropriate access to the correct care, treatment, and signposting in line with their healthcare needs. · Signposting to and explaining medical advice on current/ongoing conditions and treatment plans, referencing NICE and BMJ guidelines, and when necessary, liaising with our Medical Advisory Board. · Case/Claims Management from initial consultation to discharge, assessing each case considering medical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, available treatment facilities including recognised NHS centres of excellence, developing care plans, analysing costs and expected outcomes. · Compiling clinic letter style reports demonstrating key findings, recommendations, action plans and outcomes · Recording of all information and required note taking following all correspondence with patients and healthcare providers. · Manage a caseload, provide clinical surveillance over a broad specialty of cases, and provide ongoing case management by developing health plans accordingly to reflect different stages of a case. · Outcome reporting includes cost-benefit analysis, health status, and return to work status. · Gather individual patient feedback and format case studies to drive continuous improvement of service practices. PERSON SPECIFICATION · Passionate and enthusiastic currently UK Registered General Nurse with experience of working in a clinical setting. · Experienced and efficient with the use of all Microsoft Office applications. · Proven experience as an excellent communicator, including verbal and written communication and typing skills. · An understanding of the importance of equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and a firm commitment to working in an inclusive manner · Works well in a collaborative environment with multiple teams, both clinical and non-clinical. · Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and prioritisation skills required to manage a wide range of cases.
