Senior Admissions Officer 📍 London (Hybrid – 3 days on campus) 💰 £37,500 – £43,000 per annum 🕒 Full-time | Permanent About the role An innovative and rapidly growing London-based university is seeking a Senior Admissions Officer to join its dynamic Enrolment Management team. With application volumes increasing and new degree programmes launching, this role is critical in ensuring a fair, efficient, and high-quality admissions process from first enquiry through to enrolment. Reporting to the Head of Undergraduate Admissions, you will oversee application processing, support the development of Admissions Officers, and play a key role during peak cycles including confirmation and Clearing. This is a hybrid role based at a central London campus. Key responsibilities • Manage and process undergraduate applications via UCAS, direct applications, and other platforms, • Ensure applications are processed within agreed service levels, • Deliver excellent applicant experience at every stage of the admissions journey, • Maintain compliance with admissions policies, quality standards, and GDPR requirements, • Coordinate interviews, applicant communications, and feedback processes, • Support recruitment events such as Open Days and interview days, • Quality check admissions documentation including offer letters and webpages, • Work collaboratively across departments on enrolment and student transfer processes, • Train and mentor Admissions Officers, • Support reporting and cycle analysis for senior leadership About you Essential: • Experience working within a UK university admissions team, • Understanding of the full admissions lifecycle, • Experience using UCAS and/or CommonApp, • Experience with admissions systems or CRM platforms, • Excellent communication and customer service skills, • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, • Experience supporting fee assessments, • Experience mentoring or training colleagues Why apply? Working closely with academic and admissions colleagues, you’ll play a key role in delivering a fair and efficient admissions experience within a high‑growth, high‑energy team.
