Key Account Manager – Energy Transition & Decarbonisation 📍 UK-based | 🌍 Global Travel Required About the Role We’re seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager to join our expanding global sales team. You’ll be at the forefront of supporting energy transition sectors, working with industries such as: • Oil & Gas, • Power Generation, • Carbon Capture, • Hydrogen Generation & Storage, • Waste-to-X, • Power Grid, • Renewable Heating Your focus will be on developing new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, and delivering sustainable, profitable results. What You’ll Do • Manage and grow a defined portfolio of key accounts within your sector focus., • Build strong, long-term client relationships while identifying new business opportunities., • Interpret customer technical requirements (specifications, drawings, standards) and propose effective solutions., • Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and bid documentation to secure new projects., • Collaborate with engineering, project management, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure delivery excellence., • Support marketing initiatives aimed at driving growth in targeted sectors., • Travel within the UK and internationally to attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events. What We’re Looking For • 3+ years’ experience in Key Account Management or Engineering / Applications roles within relevant energy or industrial sectors., • Proven track record in sales of technical or engineered products (e.g., pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, storage tanks, modular skids, acoustic & filtration equipment)., • Strong knowledge of the UK & EU market and working practices., • Background in engineering/manufacturing with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills., • Commercial awareness, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability. Qualifications • Diploma or higher in Business, Engineering, or Manufacturing (degree preferred)., • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel. Why Join Us?
