We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and experienced Kitchen Assistant / Grill Chef to join our team at Grill Cartel Uxbridge. HOURS: • Part-time – approximately 25–35 hours per week, • Opening hours: Monday–Sunday, 5PM–2AM, • You must be flexible and available to work full 5PM–2AM shifts, including closing, • Overtime may also be available YOUR ROLE: • Preparing burgers, wraps, doner, shawarma, grilled chicken and other grilled food, • Preparing orders quickly and accurately during busy periods, • Handling Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat orders, • Taking customer takeaway orders in-store, • Food preparation and stock rotation, • Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and hygienic at all times, • Maintaining high food quality and presentation standards WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: • Previous kitchen / fast-food experience, • Experience with burgers, wraps, doner, shawarma or grilled food is strongly preferred, • Able to work FAST while maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, • Good spoken English for communicating with customers and the team, • Reliable and punctual, • Able to work well under pressure, • Flexible with working days and overtime when required, • Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene certificate preferred Training on our menu, systems and procedures will be provided. 💷 Pay: Competitive and based on experience ⏰ 25–35 hours per week 📍 Uxbridge, UB8 2RT 🚀 Immediate start available If interested, please message us with: 1.
