This position acts as the primary coordination point between the Main Contractor, M&E Contractor, client technical team, consultants, and commissioning specialists, ensuring seamless integration of all MEP systems with CSA works. Key Responsibilities The M&E Construction Manager leads day-to-day oversight of all mechanical and electrical installations, including HV/LV systems, UPS, generators, chilled water systems, CRAH/CRAC units, BMS, fire detection and suppression systems. You will monitor installation progress against programme milestones, challenge contractor sequencing where necessary, and ensure alignment with overall project delivery strategy.
