Being a visible, accessible and approachable leader is essential and requires an on site presence.Main duties of the jobThe Operational Optimisation Manager will be responsible for working with the Associate Director for Operational Optimisation leading a portfolio of projects that span the Trust, system and national initiatives and directives as required. This will include leading the implementation of service development, service redesign, supporting national requests e.g. winter plans, service planning representing the group with both ICB and regional team. Developing an agreed service improvement plan and trajectory in line with the RCHT strategy, national guidance and best practice.The Operational Optimisation Manager will be responsible for proactive intervention and decision making to ensure that the Programme and or projects stays on track.
