This is a hands-on, results-focused role where youβll coach participants individually, prepare them for opportunities, and work closely with employers to create sustainable job outcomes. Hereβs how youβll make an impact: Strategic Direction β’ Manage your caseload to achieve monthly job start and sustainment targets., β’ Drive participants into employment through tailored coaching, CV support, job search guidance, and interview preparation., β’ Build trust and rapport with diverse participants, coaching them through challenges and change., β’ Maintain accurate records, comply with safeguarding and programme processes., β’ Collaborate with partners and employers to create opportunities and expand our reach. Who You Are You might already work in employment support or recruitment, but you could also come from retail, hospitality, customer service, or any sector where youβve led teams, solved problems, and delivered results. What matters most is that youβve shown leadership, accountability, and a track record of achieving goals. Youβre great at motivating others, building relationships, and keeping organised while delivering on targets. You understand that our customers expect us to model employability, so you lead by example. Specifically, you bring: * Experience taking responsibility for performance or team success (e.g., supervising staff, managing a section or store, driving sales or service outcomes). * Strong coaching and motivational skills - you inspire confidence and action. * Great organisational skills - you manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines. * Excellent communication - you engage participants, employers, and stakeholders with ease. * Resilience and adaptability - you navigate challenges with a solutions mindset. * Knowledge of local labour markets or employer engagement experience (desirable but not essential).
