Sales Management Support • Assist in the development and execution of the hotel’s Sales & Marketing Plan, including supporting and hosting monthly HOD meetings, • Support the overall running of the sales office, maintaining a clear weekly overview of activity and performance, • Manage bookings and events to maximise sales, occupancy, rate, and profitability, particularly across Meetings & Events, • To effectively manage the hotels rate strategy, identifying possible gaps in markets and where possible to yield rate, • Conduct telesales, client meetings, networking events, and face-to-face sales calls, • Host agent visits and represent the hotel to local and brand partners, • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business, • Manage corporate accounts, including contract loading via Accor systems and quarterly client reviews, • Promote upselling opportunities across all hotel services, • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communication, • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and digital initiatives Revenue Management Support • Assist the Revenue Manager and General Manager with rate management based on demand and competitor analysis, • Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to achieve revenue targets, • Ensure pricing strategies are accurately implemented across all systems, • Monitor competitor activity and market trends, • Manage OTA availability, including closing out channels where required Reservations Oversight • Oversee daily reservations to optimise availability and inventory, • Assist with group bookings, allocations, and individual reservations, • Ensure accuracy and high standards of guest service across all booking channels, • Work closely with the front office team to ensure seamless guest journeys Operational Support • Handle client enquiries and bookings professionally and efficiently, • Prepare proposals, contracts, and confirmation documents, • Liaise with internal departments (front office, F&B, operations) to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements What We’re Looking For • A driven individual with a proven track record in achieving financial targets and proactive sales, • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, • A team player with the ability to motivate and collaborate across departments, • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and commercial awareness, • A proactive and creative approach to driving results and exceeding targets, • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced hotel environment, • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Join Our Team At Kenwood Hall, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
