The Project Executive is responsible for ensuring success and completion of CTS projects, supporting the Project Manager, liaising with customers and suppliers to guarantee complete satisfaction. To support our Clinical Trial Services (CTS) department using solid project management and key account management skills to successfully see a project through to completion and to achieve Clinical Trial Supply (CT) group sales target (AOP). Role Accountabilities Expected Responsibilities for the CTS Project Executive are: Customer Account and Sales Operation Management • Provide proactive communication and excellent customer service to build and nurture client loyalty, trust, and satisfaction., • Working with the Project Managers and Snr Director to ensure the accurate and successful delivery of CTS projects against agreed KPIs and timeframes., • Prompt effective response time for internal and external communication., • Effective handling of all sales activities from order enquiry through to shipment., • Resolve queries and complaints in accordance with TPG SOPS or inform PM and Snr CTS Director in a timely manner., • Liaise with vendors to elevate competitive advantage through value and sourcing solutions., • Develop and maintain CTS Vendor database., • Liaise with customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects., • Ensure all Customer records and Trackers are accurate and up to date with all CT projects and related information., • Maintain all documents used to aid internal communication and reporting are accurate and up to date., • Ensure all logistical aspects of project delivery are communicated in a timely and accurate manner with the necessary department., • Ensure compliance and traceability opposite product integrity throughout the procurement/project supply chain., • Ensure all license documentation and QA related activities are in place and being managed opposite CT orders and project delivery., • Ensure any risks identified are escalated to the PM and Senior Director in a timely manner., • Work within current quality, regulatory and Company requirements., • Work closely with the finance team to ensure that all financial aspects of project delivery are communicated in a timely and accurate manner., • Work closely with all departments within the organization., • Understand and work within the constraints of customs, import and export regulations for global shipping and complete necessary shipping documents. We are looking for a commercially focused, proactive, and organised Business Development Executive to help grow Evolve Organic Beauty’s UK independent wholesale business. This role is central to expanding our presence across independent health food stores, pharmacies, gifting boutiques, and small professional stockists. You will manage inbound enquiries, convert new leads, and nurture smaller and mid-tier wholesale accounts. You will play a key role in implementing our 2026 UK Independent Sales Strategy — driving outreach, following up trade show leads, and activating new accounts. This role would suit someone with experience in sales or account management who enjoys building relationships, balancing organisation with creativity, and who is confident working both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team. Key Responsibilities 1. Inbound Enquiries & Account Activation • Respond promptly to inbound wholesale and professional stockist enquiries., • Qualify and convert leads into active wholesale and professional stockist accounts., • Support customer onboarding via Shopify Wholesale, ensuring smooth setup and access to trade toolkits. 2. Outbound Sales & Lead Generation • Research and contact new potential stockists in the health food, pharmacy, and gifting sectors., • Follow up all leads from trade shows (e.g. NHT Manchester, Autumn Fair) and marketing campaigns., • Maintain a structured outreach pipeline through the CRM system, tracking follow up, conversion and performance. 3. Account Management • Build relationships with wholesale mid-tier accounts that do not have regular contact with senior sales. Liaise with them to develop their annual trade marketing calendars and discuss any additional needs., • Act as the main point of contact for all small independent customers in the UK, • Working closely with UK Senior Key Account Manager, develop a trade marketing plan for all small independent wholesale accounts to be communicated via email. 4. Trade Shows & Events • Attend key UK trade shows alongside the Senior Key Account Manager and Brand Ambassadors., • Capture, qualify, and follow up on new leads post-event., • Support event planning and ensure promotional materials, samples, and collateral are prepared. 5. FAIRE & Wholesale Platform Management • Respond to customer enquiries through FAIRE UK, ensuring accurate and professional communication., • Work closely with our Sales Analyst to monitor FAIRE sales performance and analytics., • Support listing accuracy and product visibility, ensuring FAIRE links correctly to Shopify Wholesale., • Identify opportunities for FAIRE promotions or sampling campaigns and coordinate with marketing and operations. 6. CRM & Reporting • Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer and lead data in the CRM system., • Log all outreach activity and report on key KPIs regularly., • Work with our Sales Analyst to interpret sales data, ensuring performance metrics are visible to the team. 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Collaborate with Marketing on promotional assets, trade materials, and trade marketing and email campaigns for independent wholesalers., • Liaise with Operations to ensure smooth fulfilment and timely order processing., • Work with the E-commerce team to align product data and pricing across Shopify Wholesale and FAIRE.
