National Contracts Manager Required!\n\nOur client is a leading provider of fire protection solutions, specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of high-performance fire protection systems for various industries.\n\nOn behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced National Contracts Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will manage the design, manufacture, and installation of specialist fire-rated cabling and ductwork systems nationwide, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with industry and fire safety standards.\n\nPackage:\n\nCar Allowance\nPhone/Laptop\nSalary £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE)\n25 days holiday plus bank holidays\nStandard pension contributionNational Contracts Manager - Responsibilities: \n\nManage end-to-end project delivery, coordinating schedules, resources, logistics, and teams to meet client deadlines and quality standards.\nServe as primary client contact, providing updates, attending meetings, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout project delivery.\nOversee Health & Safety compliance, including risk assessments, method statements, site inspections, and promoting a safety-first culture.\nLead and develop operational teams, including recruitment, training, performance management, and fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment.\nLiaise with internal departments, subcontractors, and third-party consultants to optimise workflows, product integration, and operational efficiency.\nMaintain accurate project documentation, manage contract variations, and assist with commercial and contractual matters.\nIdentify and implement best practices, lessons learned, and process improvements, while staying informed of industry trends and regulations.National Contracts Manager - Requirements:\n\nProven experience in contract and operations management within a construction or manufacturing environment\nExcellent knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC).\nStrong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.\nRelevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or related field, such as related qualifications in Building Services Engineering, or Construction Management or Engineering Management.\nMust hold current SMSTS & CSCS card.\nWilling to travel nationally and have an enhanced DBS check when working on specialist projects \n\nStreamline Search is acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy, and in accordance with GDPR by applying to this post you are granting us consent to process your data and contact you in relation to this application
