Chartered Building Surveyor - London, City of Location: London | Sector: Mixed Commercial & Public Sector Salary - £45,000 to £65,000 p/a DOE with the full range of benefits and bonus structure We're seeking a Chartered Commercial Building Surveyor to join a dynamic London office, delivering a full spectrum of building surveying services. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on diverse projects spanning commercial, healthcare, education, and public sector buildings while developing your career alongside experienced surveyors. What your day will consist of: • Leading and managing your own commissions, including schedules of dilapidations, condition surveys, defect analysis and pre-acquisition surveys., • Supporting party wall matters and general neighbourly commissions, including notices, negotiations and schedules of condition., • Preparing specifications and tender documents, assessing tenders and advising clients on costs and project delivery., • Acting as contract administrator across various projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction., • Degree in Building Surveying., • MRICS Chartered status or willingness to achieve chartered status., • Experience in surveys, dilapidations, project management, repairs, and maintenance., • Proficiency in AutoCAD and NBS is beneficial., • Organised, proactive, commercially aware, and able to manage multiple projects., • Work across a range of high-profile projects in commercial and public sectors., • Gain hands-on experience and mentorship from senior team members.
