DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER • Account Manager for a creative agency, • Based in Bradford, • £28k–£30k DOE, • Hybrid (3 days onsite), • Must have 2+ years experience within a digital agency or creative environment About the client My client are a growing, values driven agency based in West Yorkshire. Currently 20 people strong, they boost an impression client rooster, and have created a close knit working environment. The founder is passionate about working on value lead projects, they will not take on anything that compromises their strict code of ethics, and as such have great satisfaction from the work that they do. The team is friendly, and ambitious. Micromanagement isn’t welcome here, and everyone is rewarded on merit, with regular pay reviews, every 6 months or so. Working closely with creative, digital, and development teams, you’ll oversee multi-channel campaigns from briefing through to delivery, performance tracking, and reporting. This role would suit someone with around 2+ years’ experience in a digital or creative agency who enjoys managing multiple clients, understands digital channels, and is motivated by meaningful work. Key responsibilities: • Act as the main day-to-day contact for charity and purpose-led clients, • Build strong, long-term client relationships through clear communication, • Write detailed briefs for internal teams across design, content, SEO, paid media, and development, • Manage the delivery of multi-channel campaigns (SEO, Paid Social, Content, Email), • Oversee budgets, timelines, and deliverables, • Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and report on results, • Use analytics tools to identify insights and optimisation opportunities, • Collaborate closely with creatives, developers, and specialists to deliver high-quality work Essential skills: • 2+ years’ experience in a digital or creative agency (account handling or project management), • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, paid social, content, email), • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, • Strong organisational and project management skills, • Excellent written and verbal communication, • Confident managing multiple clients and deadlines To be considered Please either apply through this advert or email me directly via .
