About you IT Literate and competent in use of software packages Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Readiness to train as Fire warden/ First Aider Previous secretarial and administrative experience working for Senior Managers / Directors. Excellent communication skills including written English and ability to compile own letters. Educated to GCSE Level standard or equivalent including English and Maths Time Management skills.
