The Role’s Purpose and Value: The Vice President / Senior Vice President of Software Engineering is responsible for defining, leading, and owning the engineering organisation that delivers Talogy’s product portfolio. This strategic role requires a leader who can build strong relationships across the organisation, collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, and translate business priorities into a clear, scalable engineering strategy. The VP/SVP will shape Talogy’s engineering direction, partnering closely with the CTPO and business unit leads to identify, assess, and prioritise product initiatives. AI-assisted onboarding Onboarding is a critical and genuinely interesting problem. Purpose of Role The Engineer will be responsible for the preparation, build and installation of engineering systems in Oyster Yachts in line with the current drawings, specifications, and guidelines. Requirements Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of mechanical engineering systems including, but not limited to, hydraulics, plumbing (domestic, marine, grey, black, fresh water), air conditioning, gas installations, engine/gearbox, and final drive installations. Thorough understanding of mechanical engineering best practise techniques or methodologies. Broad understanding of the requirements for marine engineering installations within yacht or recreational craft. Knowledge of construction techniques used in GRP boats. Good understanding of current marine engineering technologies. Good awareness of H + S requirements, guidelines, and best practice. Skills: Ability to build and install engineering systems in recreational craft. Ability to work on own initiative and work collaboratively with other trades. Ability to safely use ladders, work on uneven levels and in confined spaces. Able to read and interpret Engineering drawings and written specifications. CHP Maintenance Engineer Location: UK - Field based (Ideally South London/Kent area) Travel: Nationwide travel with regular overnight stays Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week) The Role We are looking for a CHP Maintenance Engineer to join a growing service team, working across the UK on a fleet of Combined Heat & Power (CHP) units ranging from 30kW to 500kW . This is a field-based position combining planned servicing and reactive breakdown response , offering a great balance of independent working and strong technical support from the office team. You will play a key role in ensuring CHP systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably , while delivering a high level of service to customers.
