This role will suit you if you… • Have a degree in Building Services, MEP, Civil or Environmental Engineering, • Ideally have a focus on water systems, • Have worked in an aligned industry for at least 4 years, • Can get your head around construction drawings, MEP plans and plumbing schematics, • Understand UK building regulations and BS standards, • Can translate technical ideas into presentations for customers, • Can travel to the London office from time to time There are a few things that would be a bonus too, like being a CIBSE member, having a plumbing/water management background, and being familiar with BIM tools, but these aren’t deal-breakers. What You Bring • 5+ years of success in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven consultative, solution-selling approach., • A track record of new business acquisition and direct engagement with senior investment management stakeholders., • Deep expertise in the sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to proposals, demonstrations, and contract negotiation., • Proven ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations, ideally within investment management technology., • CRM proficiency with consistent accuracy in pipeline management and client engagement., • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, combined with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset and strong sense of ownership., • Flexibility to travel up to 50% and work from our London office as required.
