The Responsibilities: • Coordinate and project-manage events and sponsorships, creating clear action plans and event timelines., • Liaise with stakeholders to understand objectives, make recommendations, and ensure events support wider marketing efforts., • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venues, suppliers, invitations, presentations, collateral, and on-site/front-of-house support., • Use virtual event platforms effectively and maximise the success of webinars and online events., • Collaborate with the PR/Communications team to promote events and produce marketing materials such as invitations, flyers, and brochures., • Maintain accurate, GDPR-compliant data and activity records in the Intapp CRM, acting as a proactive CRM ambassador., • Oversee event collateral and merchandise, including proofreading materials, managing supplies, processing invoices, and tracking assets., • Measure event ROI by collecting feedback, updating CRM records, and providing post-event reports to stakeholders. The Candidate: • Versatile and confident organiser capable of delivering high-impact events from C-suite to community level, with strong project and budget management skills., • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work calmly under pressure while meeting strict deadlines., • Creative, detail-oriented communicator with excellent written and verbal skills and a flair for producing memorable events., • Flexible, adaptable, and a strong team player focused on achieving high return on investment for events and sponsorships.
