Job summaryWe are looking for a PCN Business and Transformation Lead to spearhead the business growth, financial strategy, and evolution of our Primary Care Network. This role provides a unique opportunity to drive multi-entity finances, lead change, and guide our network into integrated neighbourhood teams.Main duties of the jobTo provide strategic, financial, and digital leadership to both the three-practice Primary Care Network (PCN) and its corresponding Limited Company. Working as the central Business and Transformation Lead, this role drives network growth, financial management, statutory compliance, and modernisation.Crucially, this post focuses on corporate infrastructure, contract compliance, and change management. It leaves day-to-day staff coordination and general PCN operations to the PCN Operational Lead.About usOur three GP practices in Armley collaborate as a Primary Care Network (PCN) of over 34,000 patients, aiming to integrate care and work better together to meet the needs of our population. Our key priorities as a PCN are prevention, mental health, and physical/mental frailty.
