Key Responsibilities: Sales Administrator • Administrative Support: Process quotes and orders efficiently, providing essential support to the sales team., • Cross-Department Collaboration: Ensure seamless communication and monitoring of orders and back orders until completion., • Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using Dynamics Software., • Report Preparation: Assist in the creation of sales reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint., • Demonstrable experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role., • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint., • Excellent written and verbal communication., • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively., • Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines., • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment., • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all tasks.
