Your primary responsibilities will include crafting high-quality espresso beverages, preparing food items, and providing outstanding customer service in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coffee Preparation: Skillfully brew and serve a variety of espresso-based drinks, filter coffees, and specialty beverages, adhering to our recipes and presentation standards., 2. Customer Service: Engage with customers warmly and knowledgeably, taking orders, making recommendations, and ensuring a positive dining experience., 3. Food Preparation: Assist in preparing brunch items, including pastries, sandwiches, and other menu offerings, ensuring freshness and quality., 4. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean coffee equipment, grinders, and workstations, ensuring a hygienic and efficient workspace., 5. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our coffee origins, brewing methods, and menu offerings to educate customers and enhance their experience., 6. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods., 7. Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, restocking supplies, and placing orders as needed.
