Paraplanner – Leading Independent Financial Planning FirmLocation: Horsham, Salary up to £54,000 and hybrid working. \n We're working with one of the South-East's largest and fastest-growing independent financial planning firms — managing well over £1bn of client assets with a team of 100+ — to appoint an experienced Paraplanner providing end-to-end technical support to advisers across the full client lifecycle. \n The firm:Established for over 30 years, this business has scaled through organic growth and considered acquisition while keeping the culture of a values-led local firm. With long-term investment backing and ambitious growth plans, it invests properly in its people — structured progression, and full support towards Chartered status. \n The role: \n\n • Producing suitability reports, annual review reports and portfolio reports via Intelligent Office\n, • Conducting technical research, analysis and illustrations to support advice\n, • Running cashflow analysis, risk profiling and investment analysis\n, • Acting as the main point of contact between providers and advisers on transfers, new business and policy administration\n, • Supporting HNW clients and attending client meetings alongside advisers\n, • Liaising with compliance and ensuring fees and commissions are accurately maintained\n\n What we're looking for: \n\n • Experince Paraplanning \n, • Level 4 Diploma qualified (CISI Level 4 / DipPP) \n, • Experience with Intelligent Office desirable\n, • Excellent report writing, research and analytical skills\n, • A structured, process-driven approach with strong attention to detail\n, • Confident client communicator, comfortable managing correspondence and building trusted relationships\n\n What's on offer: \n\n • Salary up to £54,000, depending on experience and qualifications.\n, • \n Fully funded pathway to Diploma, Chartered, or Adviser roles. \n • \n Clearly mapped career framework with regular reviews and mentoring. \n • \n Hybrid working options 3 days in the office and 2 days from home \n • \n Supportive, team-oriented culture with access to complex client work. \n • \n Be part of a firm that grows talent from within – many current Advisers began in Paraplanning. \n
