The Associate Director, Global Total Rewards supports the VP, Global HR Operations in the strategic design of the total reward programs and is responsible for the operational execution of compensation and benefits programs globally. This role ensures EPG's total rewards are competitive, equitable, and aligned with company values and business objectives. The Associate Director partners with HR, Finance, and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions that enhance the employee experience, drive performance, and support global growth. How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group? Role responsibilities • Collaborate with the VP, Global HR Operations to evolve EPG's global compensation philosophy, contributing insights and leading implementation efforts, • Lead the annual compensation cycle, including benchmarking, job architecture, salary band refreshes, and long-term incentive (LTI) planning, • Design and manage global sales incentive plans in collaboration with Commercial, Finance, and HR stakeholders, • Provide strategic guidance on compensation decisions including new hire offers, promotions, equity grants, and incentive structures, • Maintain and optimize compensation tools and systems to ensure data accuracy and usability, • Oversee global benefits programs and renewals, ensuring offerings are competitive, scalable, and aligned with employee wellbeing and retention goals. Responsible for executing renewals globally., • Partner with regional HR teams to ensure benefits are locally compliant and culturally relevant, • Manage vendor relationships across compensation and benefits, including renewals, performance reviews, and issue resolution, • Lead benefits communication content development and education initiatives to drive employee understanding and engagement during enrolment and throughout the annual cycle, • Manage the design and execution of global wellness initiatives in partnership with the Wellness Committee, ensuring alignment with employee wellbeing goals and integration into the broader benefits framework, • Lead the development, management, and execution of a global employee recognition program aligned with company values, • Deliver compensation and benefits reporting and analytics to inform decision-making and identify trends, • Ensure compliance with global and local regulations related to compensation, benefits, and data privacy, • Conduct pay equity analyses and support transparency and fairness across total rewards programs, • Scale total rewards programs into new countries, ensuring alignment with local regulations and market practices, • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and regional HR to establish compliant and competitive frameworks in new geographies, • Drive process excellence, automation, and systems integration across total rewards operations, • Develop global playbooks and toolkits to support consistent implementation of rewards programs, • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to ensure rewards programs support talent attraction and retention, • Act as a key advisor and execution lead to the VP, Global HR Operations, ensuring alignment of total rewards initiatives with broader HR and business strategy, • Provide coaching and subject matter expertise to HR team members Do you have what we are looking for? Skills & expertise • 10+ years of progressive experience in global compensation and benefits, including 3+ years in regional or global leadership roles., • Deep expertise in total rewards strategy, global compensation frameworks, benefits design, and regulatory compliance across multiple geographies., • Proven success designing and managing global compensation programs, including sales incentive plans and executive compensation., • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities; adept at interpreting complex data and driving data-based decisions., • Proficient in HRIS systems, compensation tools, and advanced Excel; champion of digital transformation and technology-driven HR solutions., • Experienced in leading cross-functional projects, managing external vendors, and delivering results in fast-paced, matrixed organizations., • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across all organizational levels., • Highly organized with strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail., • Strategic yet hands-on leader with a collaborative mindset, high ownership, and the ability to balance strategic direction with tactical execution., • Holds a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's or professional certifications (CCP, CEBS) a plus.
