Responsibilities: • Coordinate purchasing, materials planning, and production workflows., • Manage order requirements: what needs to be built, ordered, and delivered on time., • Use Unleashed for purchasing, stock control, BOMs and supplier management., • Use Monday.com for job tracking and production scheduling., • Strong planning and organisational ability., • Good communication skills across multiple teams and departments., • Confident working with systems, data and Microsoft Excel., • Ability to problem solve and identify issues early., • Naturally organised, proactive and forward thinking., • Able to work independently while collaborating with different teams., • Enjoys structure, planning and keeping workflows running smoothly., • Spots potential problems before they arise., • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject, • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above) If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
