Sage Partners is hiring an Entry Level Operations Manager to join our Birmingham Mailbox office. This position is designed for career starters, graduates, and motivated individuals looking to move into operations and leadership with full training provided. This is a hands-on role, offering early responsibility, structured development, and a clear path into management. The Role As an Entry Level Operations Manager, you’ll work on-site alongside experienced leaders and gain exposure across the operational side of sales and campaign activity. You’ll be involved in coordinating activity, supporting performance tracking, and learning how operational decisions impact results. This role blends organisation, communication, and commercial awareness — ideal for someone at the start of their leadership journey. No prior management experience is required. Full training is provided. What You’ll Be Learning & Supporting • Supporting daily operations across sales and campaign activity, • Assisting with the coordination and delivery of customer-facing campaigns, • Learning how KPIs are tracked, analysed, and improved, • Supporting scheduling, planning, and team organisation, • Working closely with senior team members to understand leadership decisions, • Gaining exposure to coaching, feedback, and people development, • Supporting reporting, compliance, and operational standards Development & Progression • Managing sections of campaigns and daily targets, • Supporting team performance and motivation, • Monitoring KPIs and contributing to performance reviews, • Taking increased ownership of operational standards and results Progression is based on performance, consistency, and readiness for responsibility.
