Marketing Co-ordinator Reporting to: Marketing Manager Hours: Full time Mon-Fri 9am-5.Location: Sutton / hybrid (minimum 3 days in the office) Affinia is a UK Top 50 Accountancy firm and growing. We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Co-ordinator to join our growing Marketing team, working closely with our Marketing Manager at our Sutton office. Your success will be measured by your ability to create and deliver engaging marketing content, build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute effectively to wider marketing initiatives. This position places a strong focus on event coordination and content creation, so experience in both areas is highly desirable. We’re looking for someone who is driven, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment—someone who enjoys collaborating with others to continuously develop and enhance our marketing efforts. Contribute to internal communication and engagement initiatives by creating and delivering compelling written and visual content for: Assist in the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across web, social media, and email channels. Support the coordination and execution of events, collaborating closely with the Marketing Executive, Marketing Managers and Head of Marketing. Represent the firm at corporate events as required. Uphold brand standards by ensuring consistent and accurate application of brand guidelines across all materials and communications. Provide general support to the Head of Marketing on ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed. Exceptional copywriting, proofreading, and content creation abilities, essential to the success of this role. A degree-level or marketing-related qualification is desirable. Proven track record in producing a variety of marketing materials and collateral. Demonstrated experience in creating high-quality written content for diverse audiences and platforms. Practical experience in digital marketing, including email campaigns, SEO and social media content management. Strong IT proficiency, with experience creating professional documents and presentations using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of systems such as WordPress, Google Analytics, SurveyMonkey, and MailChimp would be an advantage.
