What is the role:The CRM Manager, based in our Head Office in Peterborough, will lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of customer communications across our brands, helping to strengthen customer engagement, retention and loyalty. Identify and apply AI tools that improve the quality or efficiency of SEO work, including research, auditing, briefing and analysis workflows. Client Management Serve as the primary SEO point of contact for clients in your portfolio, building strong relationships based on trust, transparency and consistent delivery. Respond to all client communications within 4 hours during working hours and provide proactive updates before clients need to ask. Present strategy, performance and recommendations confidently to senior client stakeholders. Reporting and Performance Produce and deliver monthly performance reports on time, translating data into clear commercial insight for clients. Track performance against agreed KPIs and adjust strategy where targets are not being met. Log all time accurately on a daily basis and flag any accounts at risk of over-servicing before hours are exceeded. Team Contribution Share knowledge and best practice with the wider SEO team, contributing to internal sessions and department-wide standards. Support the onboarding of new clients where required, ensuring the client journey is followed from day one. Act as a mentor to more junior SEO team members, providing guidance and constructive feedback on their work. Key skills youll need: Proven track record delivering SEO results in a digital agency environment.
