We’re looking for a highly capable and driven Head of Programme Delivery to lead the strategic oversight, governance and performance of Peabody’s major planned works programmes. This includes more than £400m of Fire Remediation and £300m of planned asset investment, alongside multiple grant‑funded programmes such as the Cladding Safety Scheme and Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund. As a senior leader within our Investment Directorate, you will act as the central coordination point for all programmes of work, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy, long‑term financial planning, sustainability commitments, and regulatory compliance.
