The Head of Compliance and Quality is responsible for overseeing the company’s compliance programs for international environment tax and products like Responsible Person, EPR and GPSR regulations, ensuring that all products and services meet the highest quality standards. The role oversees the approval of clients’ products for the appropriate geographic market by comparing the label to any regional legislative requirements, registration of the client’s credentials to any required governing body and collection/presentation of any data required. The business ultimately acts as a Responsible Person for the seller’s product compliance affairs. As the key driver of Quality within the business, this role involves developing, continuously improving and implementing compliance policies, managing quality assurance processes, and leading a team dedicated to maintaining company operational excellence across all departments including delivery of cross sector audits and upholding the requirements of any ISO accredited standards The right candidate will have had experience in a similar style of compliance though need not necessarily a precise expert in the field.
